Theme made for the neon collab battle on a mobile forum by me and *The1Blur. I worked intensely for 2 weeks on this theme from day 1 but I don't need to justify that as the detail speaks for itself. All is made from scratch apart from the wallpaper which I found on sxc.hu. Theme contains animated highlights.

Download is now available here The theme is protected against editing as it took me 2 days to get the desktop frame and highlight perfectly fitted. A lot of work went into this theme so don't bother asking for the unprotected version.

Just copy the .dm to your phone via bluetooth or directly to the Phone's memory. Do not copy it to your folders. Do it until it works. I tested it and it does work. If you need help installing it just send me a note.


The competition was canceled. This is not considered neon.

Great effort from the both of you , i hope you did ok , only thing is am not really seeing any neon in this at all, it's great yes , but neon , i mean the standby shows brief lighting style , but that does not look the least bit like neon , still a great theme indeed.
